Initial Contact

Quotation
Once we have all the required details, we’ll prepare a comprehensive quotation. This includes itemised specifications, diagrams where necessary, and a clear breakdown of what’s included — giving you a full picture with no surprises.
Survey
Before finalising the order, one of our skilled surveyors will return to site to double-check all measurements. If your project involves a builder or project manager, we’re more than happy to liaise directly with them to confirm finer details. A full summary of this visit will be shared with you for final sign-off.
Installation
Every product has its own lead time, which we’ll communicate clearly upfront. Once ready, we’ll schedule an installation date that works for you. Our experienced fitting teams will then carry out the installation to the highest standards, ensuring a seamless finish and minimal disruption.
